Hi all!
I am fairly new to MI...I've worked in apartment marketing for about 5 years now. I gravitated towards websites and researching UX for our industry. Since we're always buying/selling assets... we frequently transfer digital assets but never websites. The agencies obviously "own" our websites but we own the assets. In a perfect technology-centric world, brokerage companies could negotiate with website agencies and make this top of mind to transfer these assets. This would help our research and development into our users instead of starting from complete scratch. And find a way to combat the constant buying/transferring of domain coordinating headaches that ultimately effect our SEO rankings.
Anyway, I created a Facebook group to share (non-industry specific) websites to help gather feedback and thought why not create a discussion topic here too to bounce ideas off each other in the multifamily industry.
If you have a website vendor you're thrilled to partner with, share why. If you have a brand new website of a new acquisition or re-brand, share for feedback from others. I'm happy to test!
