Amtico International ( WWW.amtico.com )recently launched our value engineered luxury vinyl tile Spacia ( www.spaciafloors.com ). Amtico has been the leading producer of premium flooring products for over 40 years. It wasn't until recently that we decided to launch a price sensitive option for those buyers that had champagne wishes and a beer budget. Launching any new product under the Amtico name was a major risk and we had to get it right the first time.
Introducing Spacia! This low cost alternative to soft surface and sheet vinyl is the most cost effective way to rehab an existing space or the start off right on your next capital project. Spacia is a series of aesthetics that emulate natural woods and stones. We have a color to match any scheme with the offering. We have also expanded the line to include our floating version Push Fit and our new modular version Access. The use of these products will cost less than natural products, generate less waste during installation than sheet vinyl, keep up their appearance longer than your existing finishes and be easier to repair if needed. The product comes in planks and tiles. You can remove one plank or tile at a time and not have a the patched look after the repair has been completed.
Spacia carries a 15 years wear warranty in residential applications :woohoo: . This same material carries a 10 year commercial wear warranty. That will do away with the constant removal and replacement of carpet and or cheap vinyl after a tenant moves out. There isn't any need for a carpet cleaner to come in either. You will have little or no down time before the next tenant can occupy this space.
