When prospective residents view your community at ApartmentGrade.com, they will see a review based on the unbiased ratings of the existing residents of the community.

ApartmentGrade.com provides high quality, unbiased data to prospective residents; promotes the positive aspects of apartment living; highlights outstanding apartment owners and managers; and works with the multifamily industry, not against like other rating sites

Here's how ApartmentGrade.com works:

1a.) If you use CEL Associates REACT Survey on any of your communities, you sign a release for CEL authorizing them to give us their data.

OR

1b.) We send out a free 7 questions survey for you. In this case, we just need the e-mail addresses of your residents and who the e-mail should be sent from within the community. The 7 questions on the survey are:

Please rate the overall level and quality of service you are receiving at this community (25% of rating).

The apartment manager(s) are doing all they can to make this community appealing to residents (15% of rating).

The employees who work at this community are willing to do what they say they will do (15% of rating).

Employees at this community have the ability to do what is required to keep me satisfied (15% of rating).

When the apartment manager(s) of this community promise to do something by a certain time they do it (15% of rating).

The maintenance personnel at this community are responsive to my needs (10% of rating).

I would recommend this community to my friends (5% of rating).

2.) We tabulate the results and then rate each community from 1-5 Stars.

3.) We review the ratings to determine which properties get posted to ApartmentGrade.com for free, as well as the ILS the prospective resident will see if clicked on.

This rating service is also currently free. That's right -- free. ApartmentGrade.com will also post your grade to its web site for no charge. If you are uncomfortable with the grade assigned to your property, ApartmentGrade.com will not post the grade to its web site.
