Not at all...I took over a property and received tons of negative reviews from the people who were making the property a losing proposition...now a year later we are fully occupied and my last lessee is a Sheriff's Deputy who is moving in because of the change in culture here....bad reviews are usually a sign of change....and disgruntled folks who don't want a property to succeed....very few bad reviews are based on actual mismanagement in my humble opinion.
