I’m curious what the property threshold needs to be for reputation management to make sense. I can see the economy of scale with 20+ property portfolio.
I think thats a great question too, I am not sure about this. I could only assume that it could be beneficial if a single person was managing enough locations to make the cost work in a budget.
There’s no such thing as reputation management software. software can help you see reviews , but a reputation management process is a multi-step , multi platform approach that requires team effort.
Thanks Arthur, I'm asking about the software that a company may use to assess existing reviews from multiple review posting sites all in one place. I spoke with a company about this service today but am curious to know if many people use this type of software.
We also use review push. We have some thrifty regional managers and they like the price tag on this one vs some of the more robust options. And they are very good, they’re currently reviewing the ask to add in our rent cafe api so they can roll up our website reviews as well.
Brook Birdsey for positive reviews they automatically post. For negative ones, they want to be sure that they are giving the review the attention it needs. RepPro does all the heavy lifting
And I haven't used it yet, but Entrata has ReputationAdvisor - which lets you monitor, respond to, and publish reviews and manage social media account content.
You should consider SOCi - their platform is geared for multiple-location management of reviews, social posting, social listening & responding. The review platforms they integrate with are: Google Business, Yelp, Facebook pages, and Citysearch. We are currently in a trial with them and liking it a lot - our contact is [email protected] Best wishes! :)
