Best Apartment Community Facebook Pages

Hello everyone!

I am currently working towards building a great facebook page for my companies property. So far we are off to a good start.. but would love some inspiration. What are the best/most effective facebook property pages that you've found?

Also .. we are looking forward to doing several resident only facebook contests in the near future and wondered if anyone has had any success with them?

In reference to your question about facebook games for your community's page, Have you seen Resident Events? There is a place there for Social Media Games and ideas. Take a look and feel free to add some if you come up with something new!

We work with a free program called IWIPA to create welcome pages for the communities with videos, photos, and anything else the property is interested in.

We shot the videos and photos, but we sat down with our communities and helped them make a welcome page.
