We are going to be managing a small student cottage project and I would like to know everyone thoughts on the best option for key control. We normally use Saflok on our projects, but this project is small and it wasn't in their construction budget. With that being said, I need an option that will secure approximately 200 keys, and is expandable in case they add additional units to the project, and has good customer service. Any input would be appreciated.
KeyTrak is what I used in Europe in military housing and it was fantastic. It paid for itself that first year. I mean you can tell who signed out the keys last, I mean it even keeps track of time people sign in and out.
Seen it used in some car dealerships stateside as well. They have many options to choose from and I do not think you can go wrong with them.
