Student Housing Community ....Marketing/Signage

Student Housing Community looking for a new name for Leasing Center....something fun and that would be great for a College Property....Any Great Ideas?

Maybe it depends on what makes this Leasing Center special or different as compared to any other community's Leasing Center. I can see calling it something different if yours is offering restuarant atmosphere with other activity rooms present, too. Also, don't know if it matters or not, but it can't be too out there or some parents may not know where to go for a tour! I could see properties incorporating tie ins to their University (without stepping on all those copyright infringements, that is.)

Housing the Future / Housing America's Best Minds / America's Future / Todays Tenants; Tomorrow's Leaders / Housing our Future Leaders / Where intelligent minds live and study

I hope I am thinking right! Then this maybe a perfect opportunity to have a contest for the students to get involved and there be an award for the winner, or even for those that participate and decide to lease with you. Just brainstorming some thoughts here.

What about leasing and lounge or leasing lounge. Then you can make the office into a coffee house or a study area or coworking space.
