What are the COOLEST games and things to install in clubhouses? was created by Anonymous

We are updating a REALLY dated grad student clubhouse (it even has a 70s bar in it!)
What should we make sure we include for hanging out, playing, etc.? BTW, I don't think ax throwing is an option!
