I'm a manager at an older apartment complex (1974) with 100 units. I just recently took this position and the property is a mess. My flash drive with all my "form" notices was lost and I need some notices or information packages on
1. Smoke Detectors (I've noticed that residents are taking them down or batteries out when they run low)
2. Fire Extinguishers
3. MAINTENANCE ISSUES are not being called in.
4. Cleanliness noted when pest control goes in.
I know I will need to quote some of the lease in these letters but can't get the wording the way I like it.
If anyone has any form letters I can take a look at to get some ideas. I've googled a few things but haven't came up with much. Thanks.
