Key Metrics for Property Management System Implementation

We are implementing a new PMS and for the first time EVER the developer is willing to provide daily, weekly, monthly property management reports as we want them. With the world as our oyster, I want to make sure I'm not just doing what I've always done (which I like and am comfortable with), but keying in to the important metrics that help me and my team make the best decisions and our properties perform the best!
Right now we enter key data into excel spreadsheets to do portfolio comparisons and benchmarking. We are really looking forward to the end of that!
That said, is anyone willing to share the data and benchmarks they look at?
