I am currently in the process of rebranding my community, and as part of the rebranding plan on changing the community's name. It is now time to notify my residents of the pending name change, and was wondering if anyone had a letter I could use as an example? Thanks!
I am not too sure of an example letter you can use for the name change, but I would recommend you buy all your related domains before sending the letter out. You do not want a disgruntled tenant cybersquatting your new apartment name. Also claim all your social media channels too. Most importantly make sure you update your Google listing as well as yahoo and bing. Plus all the other local citations you have submitted to in the past.
Is the new name "pending" or has it been decided? I like the suggestions above (claiming internet names etc) but I would inform the residents only after you are SURE on the name.
