Yardi Voyager Residential vs Property Ware

Hi,

We have a 1,000 unit single family portfolio and looking to upgrade software in the next 45 - 60 days. Wondering if anyone has used the Yardi Voyager residential product and has any feedback or if anyone is using any reporting add on products compatible with Yardi?

I have used Yardi at conventional/student and low-income (Section properties... and I LOVE it! Unfortunately, it is one of the most expensive systems out there. If you choose it, I recommend also taking advantage of THEIR training versus a 3rd party vendor - worked for a company that went that route (trying to save money) and it was a disaster. All KINDS of snafus, resulting in great delays of launch and in the end cost almost triple.
