Yes- and no rent discount is given on the books. I cut them a check for half their rent around the 25th of reach month to put rent toward their rent.

They Should because Management Companies bill the Property, then write it off as an operating expense and let’s face it Courtesy Officers are never worth the price they get such a huge return on.

Even if it’s not taxable to the employee it can still be deductible by the employer.

You just wouldn’t deduct that expense as employee wages it would be a direct cost of operating the business instead.
