I am looking for amenity/concierge ideas for a class A mixed use mid-rise in Dallas that we just tookover. We have a nice pool, outdoor lounges with fireplaces, outdoor kitchen plus these 24 hour amenities: fitness center, coffee bar, tv lounge/clubroom with full kitchen, cyber cafe and a business center. We are already planning to add a package locker system. Any suggestions?? TIA!

Contact Tricia Ward about her program. It's not really the type of amenity you are asking about, but we are finding that her program of reporting on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus is working in all asset classes. Even people in Class A properties care about their credit scores...maybe even more than affordable communities. Best of all, you can generate some additional revenue.

A lot of properties have a bark park but what about a cat room? With a few towers and scratch posts?
Free carpet cleaning every 6 months with a zero Res company (they use a patented water system with no chemicals!) we just did it in our home. Cleanest they have ever been. Assigned parking
