I am looking for amenity/concierge ideas for a class A mixed use mid-rise

I am looking for amenity/concierge ideas for a class A mixed use mid-rise in Dallas that we just tookover. We have a nice pool, outdoor lounges with fireplaces, outdoor kitchen plus these 24 hour amenities: fitness center, coffee bar, tv lounge/clubroom with full kitchen, cyber cafe and a business center. We are already planning to add a package locker system. Any suggestions?? TIA!

I also met this guy at NAA and they set up Fitness on demand at your property..... think Peloton in a studio/exercise room....

Contact Tricia Ward about her program. It's not really the type of amenity you are asking about, but we are finding that her program of reporting on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus is working in all asset classes. Even people in Class A properties care about their credit scores...maybe even more than affordable communities. Best of all, you can generate some additional revenue.
