Ancient. And old school assumption. “Come on in. Check us out.”

I agree. Sort of like the "NOW LEASING" signs at an established property.

What about something like this but use Leasing or Touring?

I removed these altogether from one of my properties. I don't think there is a need for signage unless you truly have an issue with people parking there long-term (residents, amenity use, etc)

I toyed with the idea of painting two of our front most parking spots red as almost a "red carpet" so we could talk to it when people call us on the phone, but we got signs in before I grew the gonads to actually ask about it! haha

LOL I like this idea but if you ever do it, check with your city to confirm they allow this.

haha excellent point! Definitely even more reason I'm glad I didn't ask - I'd be the one to get us into violation of a city ordinance!

Visitor parking would be assumed for resident visitors then you would have no leasing parking at all because all the guests would park there.

You want hours on it. Like 9-6pm or "durring office hours" . If you don't then you will have people parking 24/7. Make one for each spot.

Oh darn! I saw a great one the other day and meant to take a picture. It said something like ‘Parking for awesome future residents at our amazing community’

We painted the curb green and there’s a sign that limits parking to 30 mins. Nothing cute, but we are restricted because of a federal sign policy (we are on federal land).
