I removed these altogether from one of my properties. I don't think there is a need for signage unless you truly have an issue with people parking there long-term (residents, amenity use, etc)

I toyed with the idea of painting two of our front most parking spots red as almost a "red carpet" so we could talk to it when people call us on the phone, but we got signs in before I grew the gonads to actually ask about it! haha
Oh darn! I saw a great one the other day and meant to take a picture. It said something like ‘Parking for awesome future residents at our amazing community’
We painted the curb green and there’s a sign that limits parking to 30 mins. Nothing cute, but we are restricted because of a federal sign policy (we are on federal land).
