Move in packets. Who’s emailing them to future residents or using flash drives? We have over 135 move ins between today and 8/31 so looking to streamline as much as we can. Thanks everyone! Have a great day!

We’ve seen great success shooting quick videos explaining parts of the process, ins and outs of their unit, etc. Streamlines it once you have them shot.
Have you tried Updater? It's amazing and so simple. Between that and electronic lease signing, traditional move in packets are almost obsolete. We have been using them for several months and LOVE the simplicity of it all. Check out

We email them, although i'm trying to leave info attached with the check in sheet. We have a fair amount of tenants who are OTG (off the grid) as far as technology so it's impossible to be paperless 100% of the time.
Email all for digital signatures. You may have to do a blurb about downloading a signature app.
You can offer a mass conference call to review, or do an FAQ quick sheet.
Military housing we do this and mass lease signings that we offer refreshments to encourage participation
This process can be completely automated with
Hy.ly's
email marketing tool. When I was a proptery manager at Bozzuto they introduced this capability. What's great is they are integrated with your PMS systems so they know when residents are moving in, what their rent is and can provide details like resident portals or electric companies as well.
