It works. I have a property in Wyoming that uses it. They collect the service fee in addition to a pet deposit. Charge it if it’s their dog when results come back.

At love in we charge the deposit and pet fee and charge $40 for the dna fee. You prepay for the swab kit when you order them so the charge to the resident is only to reimburse our expense. we get a match from a feces sample we charge $500 fine.
Poor prints is amazing, the only way you would know there are any dogs on my property is if you actually saw someone walking one, we also make it a policy that all cats must stay inside
can any of you give me the name of a specific (verified company) that you use for dog DNA testing?
we were using a firm out of Florida, but became suspicious when 100% of our test samples came back negative (after months of sending swabs)- we decided to test them by sending samples of Known pets that had previously been submitted and - in three separate cases - got "no match" responses..... we have stopped using that firm and are now looking for someone else.... any recommendation would be appreciated.
We have been using Poo Prints here at our community for the past 5 years and it works like a charm.
Although we have certain breed restrictions we do not have a weight limit....so you can imagine the possible pet waste issues we might experience.
We charge a $250 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $50 per pet for the DNA Swab at move-in.
If a sample is tested and comes back with a match then the resident is charged a $250 fine. If it happens a second time (never happens) then there would be a $300 fine. Any additional matches would result in the loss of their pet privileges or a 30-day notice of eviction.
