Smart Homes....who is doing them? I know of the Amazon platform, the Dwello platform and am familiar with the Latch system although not in as much detail. Who is using any of these platforms and or any others and can you share? Thank you.

We have partnered with Amazon for installation, setup and support of our Smart Homes. Here’s an article with more details about the technology inside each home:

Which ever platform you choose you should definitely consider your cyber insurance policy. All these wired units transferring data exponentially increases exposure to a data breach.

We just started with Vivint. So far so good. Doesn't require wifi as many others do so we are able to control locks and HVAC even when a unit is vacant from an online portal.

FYI - you can install thermostats, light switches, outlets, leak sensors, window shades, etc... that use z-wave communication protocol and won’t need WiFi inside the units or in common areas to remotely control them 24/7...that’s the least expensive way to become smart, drive down your operating costs, install new asset protection, and give the residents a smart-home experience. Of course you’ll need an enterprise software platform to bring everything under one dashboard and resident app...you can’t DIY.

There’s also Iotas, my understanding they’re similar to Stratis operating off of cellular service instead of WiFi.
Or vice versa
