Non resident applicants don’t have the ability to always get a US forms of ID and they also do not always have a social security number so the process logically is different. In Texas we use a Supplemental Rental Application created by the Texas Apartment Association.

Alyssa Lacy our credit screening system allows us to input their TIN number or drivers license number or none. They fill out an application like normal and provide proof of income and a form of ID.

We use the Supplemental Application from Blue Moon. Also, no SSN is an automatic 2 month deposit if qualified (or equivalent deposit alternative program).
