Sprint installed one here because we are in a bad zone and it has done nothing. We have not installed any of our own.

TMobile provided me one at no charge when I moved to an area that had poor signal

WeBoost works great. It is a very weak signal booster if there are walls in between you and the router so maybe run it to the middle of the living room ceiling. Also have to find a way to get a coax cable to the antenna but I went from zero bars on TMobile to full. Not cheap... $300 roughly
