Do you want residents to reach vmail or a person? leave a message or set an appt to tour/lease? Which solution is best will be based on your goals. Vmail - CallMax Solutions is fantastic for that, and can call out your maintenance teams for emergencies. Person - used different services with different companies, but had good experiences with Anyone Home Inc., LevelOne by RealPage, and heard good things about LRS (Live Response Solutions) by RentPath. Because we work with all of these companies, I can't endorse only one, but would have you narrow the field on who to contact by determining what your goal is first, and then looking at who integrates with your software (that will narrow it down to 1 or 2 at most). I believe both Yardi and Entrata have call centers, too, if you use those instead.
