Good afternoon everyone! What are your guide lines for after hour emergency calls. Other than fire, flood, and blood to you have set temps for what is considered emergency for no heat and or no air. Got an air call today. Personally I don’t have my air on, everyone is different but it is currently 69 degrees....

It all depends what you want your level of customer service to be. Rule of thumb for us is no heat is always an emergency and no ac is trickier but we error on the side of extra service then upsetting a resident.
Agree 100%. Unfortunately I get residents that lie about no electricity because they didn’t pay the bill or a stove not working only for maintenance to arrive and nothing wrong with the stove she wanted a kitchen light replaced. And the electric, maintenance arrived the same time as the provider restoring the power. I worry about maintenance as well.
80 outside temp for air and 50 outside temp for heat. If they medical equiptment it is different. We do not do after hour lock out's only if the lock or key is faulty.
