I only do them later if i have a unit i'm showing in the building I live in (and nothing past 6pm_, otherwise no way. If it's dark at 4;30 next week it will be a miracle if I'm awake and functioning past 5pm...lol

We do because we're mid-rise everything is inside we do not go outside at all

We recently started. We don't want it to seem unsafe, like we can't tour after dark but you should totally live here. Plus I manage 7 buildings that we drive to anyways, so we drive there and wait at the front door which is well lit.

No. We will stay open one day a week until 7. Mostly for residents to pick up packages.

Our company changes our open hours from 9-6 to 830-530

Yes, but we limit the tour to the models which are directly across the parking lot and well lit.
