Question for the group... any of your markets having success with craigslist posting? If so, are you using a service to assist in the posts?

Nope.... they don't seem to be worth it in IN, IL, WA, KS or OH. We use Craigslist Posting with Entrata- at least they are on top of the changes with Ghosting and alert us if we are going to post something that may be ghosted. PS Miss you

i use it mostly in the summer when we are super busy to supplement our website and software affiliated postings... we are in the affordable rent market so there are a lot of folks who don't know about zillow/ zumper, etc. I have reasonable success with it.

The one and only time I have ever had a lead come in from Craigslist was in Leander Texas. I have had success with Facebook marketplace posting however

Yes but it depends on the market and the asset. We have not been successful with our A product but had great results with our B and below. You have to make sure that you post from the same computer so that you are not ghosted. Create multiple advertisements so you can switch up every time you post. We post 3 times a day. It’s always great if you can make your last post of the day just before closing time.

Craigslist, in my opinion brings in unqualified traffic.

In Atlanta on our affordable deals, we can’t live without it. It brings in that “working poor” group that most tax credit communities serve. We use OnSite.com for those postings.

We post our own. Not too many leads from Craigslist I’m afraid.

Several of my clients have used Weblisters and very happy. And they continue to evoke their product as well.
