Does anyone use Amazon Hub as a package locker system? I’m looking to get some information and pricing, but it seems impossible to get contact information.
We tried to and we never able to reach anyone. We did the site surveys, etc with no response. I budgeted for it and it was one of my companies preferred/recommended contracts. And nothing.
We are about to start and as of right now it has been a nightmare. I supposedly have a rep named Brent but have never seen the guy or heard from the guy but by 1 email. You have a 855 number you call for customer service they try to help and then start an email chain from different customer service representatives. I have the lockers already at my property, I have some 3rd party IT company come out and program lockers but that is where I am on hold??
Look up a company called fetch! No package lockers. Your residents send their packages to a warehouse and they can then set up a 2 hour window for delivery up to 11 pm! I'm not sure your city and if it's available but it's fantastic! I would reach out!
We just had the hub system installed at a property. They are a nightmare to deal with because everything on their end is automated with emails and there is very little personal interaction with people. They did show up when they said they would for delivery, but it was difficult knowing what time they would come that day. If you pm me your email I can find the pricing information, they were a lot less than Luxor
Susan Burgard there is a good reason why Amazon is so inexpensive. Actually, they should be paying you to have their lockers on your property if you think about it. Their goal is to solve their end game, get more Amazon Prime users and data from what is being delivered to your residents from their competitors. Are they allowed to share your resident’s data? Check into that.
Luxer One is focused on solving your package issues through technology, support, and 23/7 service that includes video monitoring. Many think that all locker systems are the same. I understand why owners go for less cost but they may not have researched option differentiators. They are greater than many might think.
Our amazon hub is coming next Wednesday. It was $14,350 for the locker system. I believe there are different prices for different size lockers though. Our size will be a 15ft set up. Another 2k or so for the electrical/concrete site prep (our hub will be located outdoors)
