Gabrielle Christine Marchetti , I don’t see why not. I make them replace their own blinds regardless of length of time. Damage is damage, right? Besides, when it comes right down to it, those things can be popped out and cleaned regularly, if they really want clean drip pans.

Yes, but I could see us maybe offering to replace them upon renewal. We often offer carpet cleaning with renewals so why not drip pans!

I consider drip pans to be an appliance part. When you purchase a stove it comes with them just like the bulb. So if we don’t charge for oven bulbs why charge for drip pans.

Yes. Usually, if we have to replace something due to neglect or improper use we charge them.

I like clean stoves and they are cheap. It is in our beat interest. I like that they asked.

No. I would rather replace it then have them put foil on them to keep them clean.

I let them buy their own if they don't want to clean them. They are at Walmart. I have told some that if they cover them with tinfoil they can just replace the tinfoil instead.

Thanks guys for all the helpful feedback!! I think I like the idea of replacing them at renewal. It really does come down to a customer service thing where we don’t want to come across as unhelpful, but also need to control cost!

Yes And No on the Yes aspect to replace for free u have to look into key factors If the resident is ideally a good long term resident and you want to think about renewal retention 4 drip pans is not going to hurt you especially if you're at a Decent property with a multi million dollar management company and or property.....( Seriously )
And Which leaves us with the NO aspect if the resident is continuously asking for free handouts and is careless and just not take care of their drip pans then of course by all means charge...
