What is your experience using BlueMoon software for Leases/addendums? Our management co. Is growing into two new states & want to make sure we are covered by any state specific laws, etc...
We had an issue with the esignature only allowing x number of signatures which did not conform with our properties with 3 bedrooms with max occupancy up to 7 lease signers. Ask if this could be an issue before you sign up. Loved everything about it until that issue couldn’t be solved.

I love Blue Moon because it covers all your P's and Q's. Just depends on if you're using e-signsture, DocuSign, OFSA sigs... it can be temperamental with some.
I really liked Bluemoon the only downside is you can't review the lease before signing so often people don't know what they're signing and a few weeks later the violation letters start
I love blue moon as well, and the forms available in Texas are incredible. I was surprised however when I was a RM and had sites in other states that they don’t have anywhere near the forms elsewhere that are available here in Texas.
I have used it for years and I don’t know how we did business before it and don’t want to without it. I’m a property manager get in Raleigh Durham. It is a busy market and the blue moon software is most efficient!
You are signing a legally binding form - please read carefully before you sign. H O W ? I tried multiple times and the form just zips off to the top or the bottom. I tried to scroll very slowly but, when you get so far, it goes crazy. How am I supposed to know what I am signing? Also. I am given options to sign but only specific options. If I sign, acknowledging something that isn’t true, am I legally responsible? I figure I am, so what’s the deal? I am forced to lie on a legal document?
