Is anyone using Amazon Hub at their communities? How much is it? Pros & Cons?

LOVE our Hub!!!

We have the HUB! Got in back in January and we are loving it so far! Our locker is a decent size and if I remember correctly, I believe it cost around 11k. Amazon discounted the price if we agreed to accept delivery in a quicker timeframe, which we did. Ours is outside and we had to prep concrete and electrical prior to the locker delivery. Amazon will set up an initial meeting so you can determine the best location for your locker, pricing, size, ect and you can start the process to get a HUB at your property!

Love it! We got the one that accepts all carriers. Christmas was a nightmare for the office.

Make sure it’s accessible! Our community we live in (not managed by my company) installed the hub but it’s behind 4 doors that require a fob... amazon drivers always show up at 6-7 pm. I’ve let them in numerous times because I know the deal but most residents don’t or won’t.

We have had the hub about two months now and love it. Reasonable price and No cons yet!
