I didnt find it user friendly at all. putting in work orders was a hassle...too many clicks. i couldnt get the same reports i get with yardi. the whole interface of it just did not make sense.
As a rookie, I found it very easy to use. A year into it I still mess things up, but customer service is on point to help me save me from myself.
But you have to call. Their one con I can find is that they fail at responding to email.
I will be starting ResMan hopefully next week. I am super excited. What I have seen so far is wonderful. Seems to be so much more user friendly than Yardi.
Resman is the 4th property management software I have used, after Tenant Pro, Real Page, and Property Solutions.
I think their product is very well written, the start up and training costs are some of the lowest in the industry. It was very easy to get set up, with minimal glitches or problems. I agree it is very user friendly.
I’ve been using ResMan since June 2015. I’ve used MRI, OneSite, Appfolio,etc. My experience has been that ResMan is very user friendly, it’s intuitive and easy to navigate. Software support is typically fast, or has been any time I’ve had an issue. ResMan has been eager to help if we’ve asked for enhancements or additional specialized reports. All around the software and support are very good. I have experienced some “glitchyness” immediately following software updates, however support is usually on task to correct the issues by the time I report them.
