It's awesome! Really helpful to communicate with residents during annual fire inspection and community events. Not the best for communicating with prospects

I like IRIO. We had it & then they switched to TextBox. Hate them.

PackageLog includes unlimited texting to individuals and/or all residents, along with being a package logging software tool too.

So I’m really curious. Because ResMan is an accounting based property management software that already has mass texting/emailing, resident portal, package logging, etc. built into the software. What does IRIO do additionally that people like, and the reason behind why you’re considering it? Is it like mobile doorman and knock?

We use That Key Messaging and it’s by far the easiest to use system I’ve encountered. The customer service and support is quick, friendly, and helpful. Our on-site teams love the Yardi integration and there is a review feature that makes it super easy to send review requests. Frances Louise Smith and Ramsey are fantastic vendor partners! Ramsey did a refresher/new feature training for all of our onsite teams individually within 1 day of my request. One of our brand new Assistants told me she collected 14k within 4 hours of sending a text blast the day she took the training. Highly recommended!
