It may depend on the size of your building/ layout of your community. We have 100 units split over 2 buildings side by side and felt putting a coffee machine in one wouldn’t be fair to the other residents, but the cost of the machine, maintenance, supplies, etc was entirely not worth it. On the other hand, we felt even if it was a pay per cup situation that it wouldn’t be used by the residents (in either building).
I honestly love the idea but our coffee bar is mostly used by teenagers who leave a big mess and prospects never get coffee so I honestly don't like them .
Steve Boucher yes I cant even put out snack anymore. We have to get magnetic child-proof locks for kitchen cabinets because the teenagers are going into them and taking all our stuff it was insane
I have a great service with Vienna Coffee. I pay around $210 per month for up to 400 cups of coffee. It’s an automated machine with several great options. A tech comes out to clean the machine and deliver new supplies every 2 weeks. If I don’t use the full 400 cups, the remaining roll over to the next month. To help keep cost down, I have it set on an auto timer to only be on from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
