Better NOI is good, we also CoreLogic (My Rentals) for single family and they do a decent job

Typically just utilize the screening from Realpage, which is good. I also have experience with CoreLogic and it isn't bad.

I've used RentCafe and also CreditRetriever. Both were good compared to the others I tried..

Corelogic!!! Never had any problems with them!! We use them through Rent Cafe/Yardi
