They literally take care of EVERY aspect of the eviction process. All you have to do is provide them with the proper documentation on the residents you want to file on and they handle the rest. Very affordable too. Usually a set fee for the filing itself and a set fee for your county court cost. Both which can be passed along to the resident and charged to them if they want to pay and stay. I'm sure it varies by state but the concept is similar.
I’m an attorney in Alabama and on the Nationwide network. Nationwide is an online portal. The attorney is still doing the work independently. I love being on their system because it allows my clients to place online and have access to the status of their cases 24/7.
My firm provides a guarantee of filing the eviction the same day it is placed if received by 3 PM. We file and post the same day. This comes directly from me.
Happy to answer any questions.
Like: not having to go to court to file than show up. Dislike: even though you send paperwork to dismiss - they don't dismiss the case. Nothing sucks more than a resident you file on every month come back and scream at you because they 12 judgements against them.
