Anyone here use ABODO? Thoughts? TIA

I've been using them for a few months. I like them- it brings us to a different platform than the other big ILS 's via social media.

We wouldn’t fill up our student housing without using them.

We use them for free listings and get nothing. I also don’t know if anyone who uses it as a search site for apartment hunting.

Abodo is an ILS like Apartments.com. We use them in the Madison, WI market and I have a past college that uses them in Dallas. I would be happy to answer questions for you or put you in contact with someone. I have three great contacts there who could assist and put you in contact with a rep in your area. I feel they’re most successful in college markets but are growing significantly.

I’ve talked to them a few years ago. They want a 12- month contract with no out.

Nicholas, they are located in Wisconsin and so am I. They have EXCELLENT relationships with the schools and the schools use them in a lot of circumstances to advertise. They also have a relationship with Facebook Marketplace and post for you. That’s amazing. Your ads include a Matterport 360° video that you have forever, which is amazing to me. They’ve always really worked with us on pricing. I’ve used them for a while and think they’re a great company. What are you on the fence about? (We get a majority of our leases from them.)

it’s just all new for us and we didn’t get a great feel for what they actually do from their presentation. Other than Marketplace where do they actually advertise?

Nicholas, they have their own website. They rank very high in many college markets. They rank higher than apartments dot com in Wisconsin. Think of them as apartments dot com for students. They run UW-Madison's off-campus apartment search. campusareahousing.wisc.edu

I’ve used. It brought a lot of leads. But very unqualified leads

I haven’t used abodo but I do put Goya Adobo on my chicken

We got a lot of leads the first few weeks but now we barely get any from that source

We've been using them for our south Dakota properties for about 6 months and get barely any leads. Not sure why it's not working for us. We've done the matterport and have good photos.

We are getting ready by the end of this month to start so we shall see

We used in a suburban market of Chicago, and we did not have any success. Ran it for 6 months.

Tried it on 6 communities with 0 results. I was extremely disappointed. Lots of bs leads, reporting was not as I was told during the pitch, I took a list of concerns and nothing happened to resolve them. I had to go through this list 3 times over 90 day. It was just a mess!
