It can be frustrating when packages aren't delivered into the lockers.
I'm sure everyone has already registered their information with Amazon, but I thought I would share the information below in case someone is new, or hasn't done this. It should work regardless of the type of lockers or package room you have.
Amazon - As you know Amazon has many, many different delivery people. There is an online tool (
www.amazon.com/forms/eb91b23c-3f0a-41bd-b8d6-d183c5c534e5
) that can be filled out to provide Amazon with information on how to deliver correctly to the property, including the 4-digit access code. This online form is quick and easy to fill out.
Once you've done this, anytime Amazon makes a delivery, the delivery instructions will pop up on their handheld device. However, it can take up to 2 weeks to show up in their handheld devices.
If you have ongoing problems with Amazon, they have some tools you can use to report the problems.

The best way to get improvement when contacting Amazon is to have the tracking numbers for the packages that had the problems available. That will help them track it down, and provide coaching to the driver.
If you still cannot get assistance, and you have Luxer One, please don't hesitate to contact your Account Manager. They can reach out to our contacts at Amazon (or other carriers) and get pressure on the local delivery staff to use the lockers/rooms correctly.
