I reviewed almost all of them as a commercial insurance agent and Lease Term Solutions was the strongest most comprehensive policy. So that would be RealPage now.

America Melragon there are so many programs out there however, take a close look at what you on-site team will be required to do in order to maintain the program. If your team has to enter Declaration pages, hand out flyers, post noncompliance fees to the ledger and/or monitor the accuracy of the declaration page they are doing to much. Your leasing team should be leasing apartments not reviewing dec pages. Check out ResidentKey with CoreLogic. www.corelogic.com/products/renters-insurance.aspx

Storageprotectors.com gives the highest amount back in administration fees. $7.00 back to facility for a $12.00 policy. And they go up to $50,000 policies with a sliding scale. And it’s real insurance, not a protection plan. So be careful if you don’t want any liability. They are by far the largest in self and portable storage.
