Do they integrate with your property management software by chance?

Not sure for property integrate ones we use erenters but it’s like 25$ to 28$ per month ha

yeah lemonade also donate like half of there funds from each renter policy to local Charity

Assurant, we love the reps and they integrate... they also have amazing insurance that helps us recommend to residents.

we have Yardi as well and haven’t had any issues with integration... we just switched to Yardi in January

ePremium. They are amazing, easy to use, integrate with our software. They hold contests for our properties, monthly training. They are amazing!

I reviewed almost all of them as a commercial insurance agent and Lease Term Solutions was the strongest most comprehensive policy. So that would be RealPage now.

We also used Lease Term at my last company and had a lot of success. Easy to use, explain, and is very profitable for the community

yep. I get renters insurance through geico (policy is written by assurant ) and got a 15% discount.

America Melragon there are so many programs out there however, take a close look at what you on-site team will be required to do in order to maintain the program. If your team has to enter Declaration pages, hand out flyers, post noncompliance fees to the ledger and/or monitor the accuracy of the declaration page they are doing to much. Storageprotectors.com gives the highest amount back in administration fees. $7.00 back to facility for a $12.00 policy. And they go up to $50,000 policies with a sliding scale. And it’s real insurance, not a protection plan. So be careful if you don’t want any liability. They are by far the largest in self and portable storage.
