Love it. No longer listening to people complain about other people stealing their leases, easier to import into our pms easy to communicate with the resident now a days documentation is key in this industry and this is the tool. Prospects can’t say you never told them.
Yes. We sure are. Several little links with feeding into Yardi. Not sure if that’s due to the way our home office set that up or a Knock issue. Absolutely love how easy it is and there are way fewer steps than lead 2 lease. Great for keeping your millennial team members engaged as the interface is super clean and almost fun!

It's great! Make sure you set it up correctly and use it to full capacity. Knock NOW, Dynamic Number Insertion, and placing the chat bot on your website are all critical tools to ensure you are receiving the best and most accurate reporting for your ad sources.
We have been using Knock for several months and LOVE, LOVE, Love it!!! Simple, easy and WONDERFUL customer service. I have used other similar products and will take KNOCK over them any day!
I do and I love it ???? a lot less stress and if even got us to get rid of paper guest card. I got all my iPhone leasing agents to download it and use it on the go. Very user friendly and very to the point best part it transfers everything over to resman and they just have to screen and done ✅ application is done quicker.
Been using them for 3 yrs and love it. Simple and produces excellent reports. Recording of the calls can be used for training and to provide feedback to your team. It makes a difference when they hear how they talk for themselves.
Our company gets Yardi CRM included in our package and we still opt for the additional expense of Knock. It is incredibly user friendly and helps ease your work load instead of adding extra steps. Plus they have a CL posting tool so if you have that already you can cancel to help cover cost.

Check out ShowMojo!! It’s great and will integrate with any property management software! Take from someone who has used just about everything since I travel and fix communities! You have way more tools and options with ShowMojo vs. Knox especially as a lead management software!
We used knock for a few years and use realpage products. We have recently transitioned to realize lead software and i prefer knock and it is very user friends, great tracking and minimal glitches.

I've been using Knock for a number of years now, and I am thrilled with it. I find the interface to be intuitive and easy to use, and it integrates very well with both OneSite and Yardi (from my experience).
I cannot recommend it enough!
Yes! We love it! We use Yardi. The leasing team has had great success with Knock. They seem to have more ownership over their leads and the workflow is seamless in my opinion. Highly recommend!
Knock with OneSite and LRO here. We had several bumps in the beginning to get it to integrate more smoothly. It is very simple, so there are still things it needs to improve on, but overall, it's a good tool to use.
Knock is amazing! As a manager I loved it because I could easily listen to calls and review follow up activity. The analytics are great and give you a detailed snapshot of why your teams are doing great (or why they aren’t.) For the most part it syncs with Yardi, OneSite, and ResMan pretty seamlessly. I also love that the outgoing calls are logged through knock, no more secret shoppers saying they didn’t get the follow-up call! Merging duplicate guest cards is super simple and you can text residents (as long as they opt in) with it too.
Love knock! They are super agile, always improving and adding features to the platform. It’s super easy to use. The reporting is great. And most of all their training resources and customer service is outstanding!
As a temp. I've worked many props with Knock. It's very easy to navigate. The only thing missing is dates on notes. So I time stamp my notes. But user friendly for sure!!!
Knock is hands down the best CRM! There are only 2 things I would like to see added.
1. An option to pull trend reports (to see how the property has performed over the course of several months or Quarterly)
2. Have the outgoing phone calls also recorded.
Otherwise, I have zero complaints!
