An ear full from a resident today:
"The corn dog was laying next to my car, I had to spray the inside of my car for ants. That resident always leaves food outside in the parking lot. You should really do better background checks."

Travis Rodriguez Realpage will need to add that to the screening. I'm sorry sir but your beacon score failed on Trashiness category. My manager said we can do a conditional approval on the condition you have a maid service follow you around 24/7.

Hey you can add screening character along with food droppage! I'm tired of not knowing if my residents are nice people before they can sign their lease or if they will take their trash ALL the way to the dumpster or slam the door ???????????? this is important information ????????????????

Just look for LSU decals on vehicles and don’t lease to anyone with one. That way you can avoid corn dogs in your parking lot.
