Tina Bishop I also worked for seven years at Pinnacle and had an amazing experience working for them also. The only reason I left is because I moved from St. Petersburg, Fl, to Boston. David Bales was an inspirational mentor and boss.

Cecelia Fowler Bolognia I worked for Wood for over a year and loved the company! Hands down they are the best management company I have ever worked for
I left the industry this year for a different career. I worked for 3 major Mgmt companies and Greystar was by far the best. Great bennifits and they didn't micro manage you like other companies do.
Estrella Santi I joined Southwest Airlines as a flight attendant and enjoy every minute of it. Had a co-leasing agent come over with me too and loves it as well. Best decision I ever made.
Catholic Housing Services. I love working for them, they put residents and staff ahead of profits. Great benefits and upper management that gives a darn about staff as people and not just numbers. Our Director of Property Operations started out as a leasing agent and knows what it is like day to day in the office
Mel Survivor I really love it here. The only negative thing is that our pay is about 80% of the norm. It makes it a bit tricky to hire people, but the benefits really make up for it.
Shere'e Robinson Wow I am going to look at them on the web. I already took a cut going over to vendor side. I miss the work and the residents so much. Thanks for sharing.
Mel Survivor If you are in the Seattle area, I am hiring for a building in Burien. We have other positions elsewhere but the HUD division is the best in my opinion. ( biased since that is my group)
Parthenon Properties was by far the best management company I worked for. They are no longer in my area! My regional was amazing. I would do almost anything to work for a company that had it's employees back and truly cared for the people who worked for them! I work hard anyway but I went the extra 2 miles for them!

ZRS Management. Literally the best. Every one from upper level management down is wonderful. They value their employees. I have worked at more than my share of companies during the last 13 years and the last 2 of ZRS have been amazing!
Advenir Living our of Aventura Florida. It’s a fantastic place to work, they’ve given me fantastic opportunities to utilize my skills and to advance within the company. As part of the Leadership Team I have the opportunity to help shape the company for many years to come. I think there’s a certain level of satisfaction being able to look back at the success of a company and knowing you had a hand in it.
Southwood Realty out of Gastonia, NC. I’ve been with them for a year and a half and have NO complaints! My immediate team has been great, sister properties are great and everyone in our corporate office is fantastic to work with! I’m new to the industry and they’ve done nothing but give me great guidance and training!
GoldOller- it is a family oriented company who empowers you to make decisions. I was once told i am a CEO of a multi million dollar asset- do what it takes to run it. I have learned so much based off of this. They believe in the people they hire
Forty2 LLC truly is the best. It’s a small enough company where the CEO knows your name and asks about you but large enough and growing so that there is unlimited opportunity as long as you work hard to achieve it. I’ve worked for two management companies prior to this and I truly know that I have found my home. I’ve been here just over 2 years and counting.
Greystar - in Atlanta! Love it! Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lot of hard work, but the resources, platforms, softwares, training, etc. available to Greystar employees is phenomenal. It almost seems endless!
Decron Properties based in L.A. I've been managing for 35 years and I'm sorry it took me so long to find the perfect company for me. They are family owned with family values. They honor their employees. They let us be human, not robots with no input. We own all our properties and keep them. The top dogs do not look down on you but welcome your input and ideas. I will retire with them.
