Absolutely love it! Switched from Yardi three years ago and never looked back. So much more user-friendly and their customer support is awesome. They also do a great job of listening to their customers' input and they design their software with practicality in mind
We use appfolio and its been great for us. Lacking in some reporting features but not extensively. They are constantly adding new features and updating. We love it
I love it. The only slightly negative i have is when I have a resident moving from one property (different company) that i can't cut and paste or transfer ..but I've been getting faster... Their app is super easy and helpful i can work from anywhere!!!
We’ve been using it four years now, I wouldn’t say I love it but I do really like it. They are continually striving to make it better, they tend to listen to client feedback. They’ve come a long way in four years!
Love it! Used Yardi previously and will never go back. You can submit tips to them on what you think would be a useful update, and they really do listen and make updates that make sense for the everyday user. Their customer support is awesome--we use the chat function a lot and they always solve our issues!

Margaret O'Connor Maher when the tenants put that they would make reoccuring payments they did not charge them. so I thought that was a great Plus for that program. I really like the program and I've been in property management for over 30 years.

Margaret O'Connor Maher love AF. The portal is the best. They can pay by eCheck and there are no fees. It they choose to pay with card, we never see the fees as AF deal with that.
I'm 100 units, so we're just too low-volume for them. But lemmie tell ya'! They called and called AND CALLED! I finally told them, in a VERY firm tone, to remove my number from their list. He started to protest and I repeated my request, and he finally did. So no more calls from them.
Had the same happen with their sales people. It isn't for smaller propertes/managers, at all. Might as well throw your money in the trash can. There are so many other options that are more reasonably priced, and do the same thing
I loved Appfolio! the only downside to them is if you need assistance with anything you have to email them and wait and wait for them to call you back. I really hated that sometimes!

I have used it for almost 10 years. Best software I have used. I highly recommend looking at appfolio plus as well. It’s like $1 more per unit but you get a lot more functions and data. And their customer service is fantastic with the Plus.
