I agree they sent me invoices but the true lead was apartments.com on 2 occassions. Happy pre Thanksgiving btw.

It is all in how you work the leads. We've turned almost 40 leads into leases at my property. It only works if you work it! ????

I've noticed a lot of apt list leads that are literally nothing. Not working emails/numbers, numbers for the wrong people, and people who arent even looking. It still sent us their info ????????‍♀️ I thought it was just our system

Every day all day. Our policy is to send 3 follow ups to all leads. It’s exhausting, especially when you can see they have reached out to 24 other properties. They all ghost too.

What do you consider bogus leads? Bad phone #s? Calls that go unreturned? Under your income requirement?
