Property management software that is accounting friendly was created by Michelle Harlow Allen

We are looking into new software that is accounting friendly. We have 128 units total that are owned by 3 separate companies. Within each company there are up to 3 different properties. We do all of our accounting in house, financial statements, bank recs, payroll, taxes, etc. We need software that is not property based. I'd like something that is accounting friendly and won't give me a separate check register, trial balance, etc. for each property but for the company as a whole. We are looking into Rent Manager or Yardi Breeze. Downfall with Yardi Breeze is they don't have tenant portals for the whole apartment, just individual tenants. Hope all that isn't confusing lol Would love to hear some feedback! Thanks in advance!

I’ve been doing property management since 94 and have had up to 200 employees at one time! I’ve never had a rent software program that was more user-friendly, owner friendly, property friendly, and so easy to train before rent manager. I have been using it now for the last 12 years and I cannot imagine using anything else! My maintenance crew loves it as well.

Oh and did I mention ? Rent Managers support is amazing and I have never been mad or frustrated when calling them
