Hi Everyone! We are looking into switching our property management software to one of these companies and would love some feedback from people who are actually using them..... Does anyone have experience with AppFolio or Realpage? What are some positive/negatives for both? We will be switching from Yardi due to lack of support and some other issues.... Thanks ahead for any advice you can offer!
Realpage all the way. Leasing and Rentsx Facilities and Accounting. They can also do your websites as well. They have several other services you can use once you go. Warning though - it is a time consuming and complicated process to get your business model how u want it
My company uses Appfolio and I am happy to answer any specific questions or concerns you might have. I have been on everything including Appfolio, Entrata, Yardi and Realpage - nothing is perfect but they all have their specialty areas.
Used Appfolio, switched to Resman. Much better software. Look hard at Resman for sure. Real Page was not an option; wanted as much flexibility in regard to management software playing nice with other services.
I actually had a scheduled call today with AppFolio due to us cancelling their service and they never called me. I’m guessing they don’t care much to keep us
Ive been on Onesite/RealPage for 5 years & love almost all of their programs! Onsite, Lead2Lease, Ops Technology & ActiveBuilding are amazing. Their utility management still can’t touch Conservice but 1 outta all those aint bad!!!
Opened my company 3 years ago. Started with Appfolio. Have used many different software before opening my firm. Appfolio is by far the easiest software I have ever used. Intuitive and support has been great for me. I’m a property manager, not an accountant but I have had great success with AppFolio. Up to 500 doors now, majority single family and could not be more pleased. You should look closely
Appfolio is very user friendly but you have to do everything online with scheduled appointments.
Realpage is very easy to navigate and the reports are easier to read.
Both are good and I have had positive experiences with both.
