Loved it. Residents do not like the fees. It works better if implemented on lease up than on stabilized.... they already bitch about the rent increase at renewal then you're adding a fee too!!
Nice revenue though.

Rebecca Slater we charged back $10. I think we made $2or $4 a door revenue.

Valet Living Home has a package solution you should consider also. The biggest benefit of Valet Living is that it doesn’t just solve the package pain for the on-site team, but also for the resident. Onsite team doesn’t ever have to touch packages again, but unlike some of the other solutions that exist in the marketplace, the resident also doesn’t have to schedule time to be home to accept the delivery or worry about their package just being left at the doorstep. Valet Living is able to access the resident’s apartment through the app with the resident’s consent and leave the package securely inside their apartment home. Valet Living also accesses the packages in real time and it does not add additional time to the delivery schedule since it is accepted directly from the courier and I’m existent delivered to the resident’s home.

We use them and they are amazing! They actually rent a retail space on our property! It’s amazing. We love them and could not be happier! We are a very large community and have about 5 usps mail carriers and it’s been a game changer for them!
