We have residents that use it and I personally used it at the last property I lived at. It made my life SO much easier as a resident and it has helped cut down my delinquency at my current property.

Startup company in NYC. Very interesting business model...haven't spoken to any customers.

Our company is meeting with them. Supposedly it’s like a short term low interest loan. This company pays the landlord and if they aren’t paid back they go directly after the tenant with no involvement from management

Lisa Gallinar thank you for sharing. I’m intrigued by this and have requested more information from Flex. It seems like a win-win for management companies. I am curious to see results.
