We have residents that use it and I personally used it at the last property I lived at. It made my life SO much easier as a resident and it has helped cut down my delinquency at my current property.
Our company is meeting with them. Supposedly it’s like a short term low interest loan. This company pays the landlord and if they aren’t paid back they go directly after the tenant with no involvement from management
