No... They are human bite marks like from a child but some are at the top so I don’t know how they reached them. And not just one set of mini blinds.... like all of them! 7 different mini blinds completely ruined

I have been doing this work for sometime and it always amazes me when I run across bitten blinds definitely seen my full share of this .
