And have worked at both market (conventional) and Tax Credit (LIHTC; Permanent Supportive Housing) properties. I can provide transcripts of Tax credit certification training I have completed. I have also completed a lease up for a new Tax Credit property.
Career Strategies Inc. does direct hire for PM positions in California. You should send Joanne Cicconi your resume. If you call their main office in LA, they'll be happy to give you the email. 213-385-0440
Good luck finding a job, I know it's a tough market out there. Keep your head up and you'll find something great. Tax Credit is a valuable skill!
I sent them an email through their website because it looks like they have NO office in the market area, but I am hoping they have clients that have a presence here.
I have submitted my resume for SEVERAL Sequoia opportunities in the area and they haven't called... is there some secret? I have called the corporate office; as I am hesitant to call the site with the most opportunities because the site does not appear on your website yet, but still does appear under the current management company's site (it looks like management is transferring from another company, just not yet complete)
I have an interview scheduled for Thursday with LEWIS Apartments.... Does anyone know anything about them? The position is for an assistant manager in Sacramento. I am simply trying to do some homework in advance and would like to know what kinds of things I can bring up to show that I am not only the ONE person that can do the job, but the BEST one they can interview.
Also, I might have an interview in the near future for an ALLIANCE residential property in Midtown Sacramento fora Sales/Leasing Manager position. My homework for this position gives me an indication that this is a new property and is about ready to begin lease up for initial occupancy. It looks like this property was developed by Trammell Crow. In my Southern California experience, I did hear the Trammell Crow name in passing, but admit I do not know much about them; I am fortunate to have also been assigned to an Alliance property in Orange County (3 separate occasions; and under 3 different management teams; the last one being Alliance. This particular manager wanted to hire me, but refused to do a buy out from the temp agency based on a bad prior experience).
Does anyone have any knowledge about these companies I can USE?
