It truly depends on your business requirements! You need to prepare a requirements document and have both products respond to the document. Happy to help with this type of analysis and prep. They have similar functionalities but it is important to find out what is the best fit for your company.

Entrata is soo much easier to use. Especially when generating renewals. When I do them in Yardi I have to go back into blue moon and change them in there. To get the changes to stick. It’s also easier to post rent in entrata. Trust me when I say go with Entrata. I hate using Yardi now.

Entrata was so much easier - especially for multi site leasing.

only miss Yardi for the ledgers.

For a while companies that managed affordable properties couldn’t use entrata. Not sure if they have that updated now

If you like onesite you’ll like entrada. If you love onesite you won’t like yardi

Used both and Yardi gets my vote. Don’t get caught up with the bundle packed services. The reporting in Yardi is easier than entrata.

Yardi is the best option and most user friendly. As an asst manager, the functions related to accounting were so easy to use.

Julie initially it was an accounting software that evolved over time. Yes, all financial reports are definitely better for accounting purposes

Entrata ???? % the system does so many things and you don’t have to use a bunch of different integrations they offer everything!!

Instant criminal and eviction searches are proven to hurt your bottom line. Consider integration partners rather than buying everything through the provider who locks you into contracts.

Yardi by a long shot. Experience with both but most with Yardi Voyager, I find navigation of Yardi much easier and Management friendly.

YARDI CRM. Not a fan. Entrada was user friendly, had great follow up tools for leads. CRM is slow and super redundant.

Yardi between those two but ResMan is the best out of all of them that I have used.

Entrata! We used Yardi for 20 + years. Entrata is so much more on their game, customer friendly, there to help without charging by 15 minute segments. Property web site is way better. HTML email interface with residents quick and easy. Entrata is constantly growing and changing for the better. Yardi is stagnant and has a terrible environment when it comes to customer service. I will never go back to the Yardi dark ages. I could go on and on.
