Melaine Farrington sadly you are not able to text in bulk from OneSite however can communicate individually. Active Building gives you that capability:)

Jodi, i’m definitely interested in bulk texting - not individual. We have active building. I’ve never heard that we can bulk text from there either

Text box. It’s super inexpensive/no contract/ and works with you laptop, independent of any other PM software. You can mass text or text individually.

Domuso is rolling out an app this summer (probably June) that will include free communications, free ACH for residents and properties, free check scanning and free maintenance requests. It will be completely free forever, not just a limited time offer.

Mobile Doorman is awesome! It’s an app that you can customize for your property, create event calendars, surveys and sends texts, notifications and emails! There’s also a community bulletin board that residents can’t interact with each other that’s pretty cool! And it still has the usuals, paying rent, service requests, move in inspections, etc!

Melaine, TextBox is what we use! Like another comment above mentions: very inexpensive, no contract, and individual and mass text options. I’ve used Knock before and liked it, as well, but don’t see advantages against TextBox considering the price. ❤️

Megan, I had text box at hillstone and from what I remember it required a LOT of work from the team - I think all #’s had to be manually added into groups if we wanted to send a “mass text” & it wouldn’t sync move ins/ move outs?

You should look into Apfoloi it is a great program, you can send a text direct to a resident or text the entire property. It keeps a text log and the management program is so easy to use, hope you find what works for you.
